Bob Rutledge is the General Manager of Aquastore/Wesco, an independent dealership that is involved in the distribution, sales and construction of the Engineered Storage Products "Aquastore" Glass-Fused-To-Steel liquid storage tanks for the municipal and industrial markets. The company is based at the Wesco corporate facility in Torrance, California.

Bob has been in the storage tank business for a period of 20 years with CST Industries, the parent company of Engineered Storage Products Company (ESPC). Prior to being awarded the "Aquastore" distributorship, Bob was the Western Region Sales Manager for Columbian Tec Tank, a sister company of ESPC. During this period, he managed a 5-fold increase in CTT tank sales within the Western United States Region. California provided the greatest contribution to this increase.

The territory recently awarded to Aquastore/Wesco consists of the State of California and Northern Nevada. Bob with his knowledge of the storage tank business has the ability to communicate with those concerned in all aspects of the project from engineering design through the construction process. As the Aquastore/Wesco General Manager, Bob intends to provide the top quality Glass-Fused-To-Steel tank product to both municipal and industrial clients and develop this company into one of the major suppliers in the liquid storage business.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from the University of North Dakota.
