A very successful residential property management company seeks a REHAB TECHNICIAN for a 200+ unit apartment community in Irving and Bedford, TX. Working under the guidance of a GREAT supervisor, you'll be responsible for making sure that all empty / available apartments are updated and repaired to market-ready status. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Evaluating the condition of appliances and apartment fixtures and making the required repairs
- Wallboard repair and painting
- Changing out A/C filters
- Vacant apartment trash-outs
- Moving appliances, furniture, equipment, etc.
