Wesco Properties, our very successful residential property management company, seeks a PART-TIME LEASING CONSULTANT (24 hours per week) for our 200 unit, luxury apartment community located in Bedford, TX.
As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be responsible for the overall duties relating to the leasing of the property, which includes:
- Leasing apartments;
- Setting up appointments with prospective residents;
- Answering incoming telephone calls and inquires;
- Maintaining traffic and source reporting on all walk-in and call-in traffic;
- Market rent surveys;
- Assisting the Property Manager in the daily administrative duties and special projects;
- Providing the Regional Property Manager administrative support (8 of the 24 scheduled hours per week).
Prior leasing experience required, available to work weekends and holidays required, working knowledge of MRI strongly desired.
