Wesco Properties, our very successful residential property management company, is seeking a MAKE READY TECHNICIAN for our 344 unit luxury apartment community located in Irving, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of the property meet the company's established standards; making repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural and appliance; reporting all fire and safety hazards; preventative scheduled maintenance on air conditioners, filters, roofs, boilers, hot water heaters, drains, etc.
Prior apartment maintenance experience; HVAC / EPA / Universal certification; able to work on-call rotation, which includes nights, weekends and holidays; pool certification.
